Join us for 60 minutes of Tibetan Bowls, chimes, and gongs presented by Infinite Sound Therapy out in the evening air. This meditation will be led at the Crumby Recreation Area in the Hammel Woods Forest Preserve so we recommend bringing a mat or something to lay on and wear comfy clothing.
