Join Real Estate Agent June Allen-Smith for an educational class that introduces a home financing option designed for homeowners who want to purchase their next home before selling their current one. Attendees will learn how this program differs from a traditional bridge loan, including the ability to carry the loan long-term, eliminate a home-sale contingency, and access up to 105% financing with potential cash back at closing. The session explains who this program is best suited for and how it can reduce stress and increase flexibility during a move.

Shorewood-Troy Public Library is located in the Brookforest neighborhood just northeast of the Route 52/Jefferson St. and Brookshore Dr. intersection.

Since its creation in 1975, the library strives to:

-Provide free and easy access to print and digital  materials and resources, along with equipment, facilities for public use and friendly knowledgeable staff
