Need help with paperwork? Visit the Community Resource and Assistance Program, a drop-in service that provides free bilingual (English/Spanish) support to help individuals and families complete school, financial, medical, and other important forms and applications. Sponsored by the Spanish Community Center of Joliet.
Programming Policy: Please note - if you register and are unable to attend the program, please call the library to cancel or cancel your registration online. Shorewood-Troy Library
Shorewood-Troy Public Library is located in the Brookforest neighborhood just northeast of the Route 52/Jefferson St. and Brookshore Dr. intersection.
Since its creation in 1975, the library strives to:
-Support lifelong learning for personal development and discovery
-Provide free and easy access to print and digital materials and resources, along with equipment, facilities for public use and friendly knowledgeable staff
-Build community in a warm and welcoming space
-Promote the enjoyment of reading by offering a wide variety of materials, both recent and classic
