Pet Safety with Will County Animal Protection Services
Ages 6+ | In Person
Tuesday, December 08
5:00pm - 6:00pm
Shorewood-Troy Library
Meeting Room AVicki from the Will County Animal Protection Services will be here to give a presentation to families regarding proper pet care practices, followed by a pet-themed price is right game.
One of the most important ways people can stay safe around cats and dogs is to understand and respect the way in which they communicate with us. During this bite prevention program, families will understand common body language in cats and dogs (and people too!) and how to respond appropriately and respectfully. This presentation will be followed with an interactive game.
