Tai Chi is a form of exercise, and an exercise of forming various postures. Participants should dress comfortably. No special training is required.
Just 20 minutes a day can dramatically improve your coordination and balance. Tai Chi can also improve leg and lower body strength, increase flexibility, and ease arthritis pain.

Shorewood-Troy Public Library is located in the Brookforest neighborhood just northeast of the Route 52/Jefferson St. and Brookshore Dr. intersection.
Since its creation in 1975, the library strives to:
