Join Miss Louise to learn about feelings and practice ways to use our senses to manage our emotions. Over this 4 week program, your child will create and build their own self-soothing kits.
When you are relaxed, your body just feels healthier. Then, you can handle difficult situations in a more regulated state. Join Miss Louise to read about feelings, then we will practice ways to use our senses to manage our emotions. Over this 4 week program, your child will create and build their own self-soothing kits. After the series is complete, the kits will be sent home for your child to utilize.
You will be registered for each session of this 4 part series: September 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th. Please make sure you can make it to each session.
Registration for children's programs closes 12 hours before the program.
Programming Policy: Please note - if you register and are unable to attend the program, please call the library to cancel or cancel your registration online.
